Vintage from Tokyo #1

Allez, je pollue d'un topic de plus le forum, pour signaler que j'organise désormais un tournoi Vintage sur Tokyo! Etant donné le peu de tournois T1 dans la ville et la région, j'ai pris la décision d'organiser le mien, histoire d'essayer de faire augmenter un peu la population, en tirant principalement les joueurs Legacy vers le Vintage. Pour cela, tournoi avec proxies of course. Pas de limite dans le nombre, pas de condition dans la fabrication (copies couleurs ou N&B étant quand même préférées pour facilité de compréhension). Les tricheurs et les chasseurs de lots étant quasi-inexistants, pas de souci de ce côté-là. Première édition donc ce dimanche, à Ikebukuro à côté de chez moi. 24 personnes sont au rendez-vous malgré le typhon qui se rapproche. C'est une "grosse" fréquentation, et je suis particulièrement satisfait de ce nombre  :). Je proposais une Wheel of Fortune RV pour le 1er et 3 + 2 + 1 boosters pour les suivants, mais de nombreux joueurs apportent gracieusement des lots, et on se retrouve avec une Pernicious Deed DCI FOIL + 5 boosters, WoF + 4 boosters pour le second, plus boosters et diverses foils et gateaux pour les suivants. Ca commence bien  :D.

5 rondes donc, et j'en profite pour tester ma version Mono-rouge de Belcher, avec quelques modif: je passe à 1 land en jouant Grim Monolith, et remplace les REB par des PoN.

G1: Je mulligane 2 fois à 7 avec Serum Powder, et garde ma 3ème main qui me permet de jouer EtW x 12 ftw.
G2: Je mulligane à 4 ou 5, il pose SoR par derrière. J'arrive à la casser avec SSpree et poser 12 Goblins, mais il va chercher EE avec Vampiric Tutor à la fin de mon tour  :x.
G3: Je mulligane à 4, il pose SoR et 3sphère par derrière...

4-1-0, je finis 2ème et repars avec ma Wheel of Fortune et mes boosters!  :lol: Tout ça pour dire que le deck, ben, il tourne. Les mulligans sont plus aggressives qu'avec la version 2-3 couleurs, mais sont beaucoup moins risquées. Prochaine édition de Vintage from Tokyo, le 8 septembre, en plein coeur d'Akihabara! Le TOP8:

J'ai vu pas mal de LoTV dans les sides, mais il y a eu des versions d'Ichorid ou pas ?

Sinon, j'aime bien le concept des joueurs qui amènent les lots (et les gateaux  :mrgreen: ).

je dirais que c'est plutot un mix des 2.

On trouves des BoB /Skwee
On trouve des thons à welder.
Mais par contre, il y a pas le classique set de réanimateur.

En meme temps, tu y trouve aussi les tangles / smoke habituels àStacks...

J'ai vu pas mal de LoTV dans les sides, mais il y a eu des versions d'Ichorid ou pas ?

Ca reste dans l'ensemble assez illisible. Sans proxy, c'est quasiment pas de Stax, un Ichorid, quelques rares combo, un Belcher (moi  :mrgreen:), pas mal de Oath et de CS, et le reste de Fish-BW-Goblin.

Pas d'ichorid pour ce tournoi, car le seul joueur voulait jouer ses MWS.

Shattering Spree c'est vraiment très gros : en tests ça arrive régulièrement que contre ZBS ou autre control-combo on gagne au delà du tour 6 grâce à un rasage de mox dans les premiers tours.
