That hostel (Musas Residence) is not far from the centre, but I'll recommend you to lok for places nearer to Sol, which is far more secure and closer to the Train Station and most interesting places/shops.

Just ask before you check in the hotel, just to make sure that your travel is secure and the room is close to transportations. Also, in the red zone, you can visit the two most important MTG stores from Madrid.

-> carrément le mieux situé, dans l'hyper centre et entre 3 stations de métro (près de la station "Sol" entre autre), 19€ la nuit en 8 Lit Dortoir Mixte Avec Salle De Bain, petit déj, draps fournis, mais faut prendre le petit déj debout souvent visiblement et très (trop ?) calme (au moins ça permet de bien dormir).

Ouaip, les Français n'ont pas brillé. Outre Beun et moi, il y avait les Alsaciens Aladiel et son pote Vincent.

Pour le Vintage, je jouais Jacerator. Je perds mon 2e match contre Pedro Mula (le MUD du Top8), avec un peu de frustration : 3e game, T1 Karn, T1 Trygon, T2 Duplicant... Je finis au total à 4/1/3 (avec un match passionnant contre Gob !) et 48e sur 148 joueurs. Au total on finit 48, 57, 62 et 86e. Pas fou.

Pour le Legacy, je jouais Merfolk pour la première fois. Cela a commencé par un désastre à 1/3 puis la remontée à 5/4. Je perds la 3e game de mon dernier match sur mana death (2 lands et pas de Vial en 13 tours !!) mais avec un kill de l'espace : Orim's Chant + Show&Tell + Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell + Emrakul tour 20. Je manque ainsi d'être dans les 50 premiers et finis 74e... Au passage, j'aurais appris que Lord of Atlantis c'est moyen dans le mirror lol . Il fallait sans doute jouer une version avec du blanc (mes 3 premières défaites sont contre 3 decks rouges). Beun ne jouait pas, et on termine donc 74, 76 et 96e sur 292 joueurs.

Globalement, une très bonne organisation, crevant à cause du bruit dans la salle (un gymnase en fait) et des Espagnols très sympas. Si à ça on ajoute Madrid la nuit, c'est vraiment un bon week-end. Perso, je reviendrai :-)

Je viens de rentrer, WE énorme ! Soirées excellentes, notamment celle avec les 3 parisiens ("Sangria - big - for all !" ^^) mais aussi les autres ! Madrid, ville géniale où les gens sont super sympas, vive les tapas et le "jamòn" ! Hébergement génial et en plein centre, ville qui bouge, chouettes monuments, métro simple, EasyJet toujours aussi cool, qq délires, etc... Niveau Magic je suis pour ma part bien mécontent de mes résultats, mais on s'en fou, le WE était énorme à tous points de vue !

Un arbitre m'a effectivement assuré de sa présence, à suivre... Ci-dessous, la promo en 3 photos, merci au frère de Simon pour la custo "spécial Madrid" des affiches :)
Les affiches ont été hyper visibles et très commentées, à voir si ça aura motivé du people ! En tout cas, tlm les as vues, impossible de les rater !
