Hi to everybody, on 11-12-13 of March near Florence is going to be set the fourth edition on the dday (legacy, vintage, various activities). Where:

Montelupo Fiorentino, 1 km from Empoli, very close to Florence (15 minutes by train from Florence Central Train Station or 20 minutes by car from the middle of Florence). The train station of the town is less than 1 km from the room of the tournament.

How to come here:

By Plane: you have got 2 airpots near the town of the tournament (Pisa's Airport and Florence's Airport): from Pisa you may take directly the train for Montelupo (place of the tournament) or for Empoli
(town at less than 2 km from the room of the tournament) or for Florence.

By Train: your station is Montelupo-Capraia on the Pisa-Florence train line

By car: you have to take the highway for Florence of for Pisa and after the highway namend FI-PI-LI (in Florence's direction in you come from Pisa, in Pisa's direction otherwise). On the FI-PI-LI you are going to find the gate named "Montelupo Fiorentino": you are arrived.

Where to have a bed:

Je ferai probablement le déplacement, mais aimerai savoir combien il y a d'inscrits pour le moment. Quelqu'un sait?
Je ferai le trajet en voiture depuis Genève si jamais quelqu'un est intéressé de venir / faire du co-voiturage pour amortir les frais, on peut très bien s'arranger.

J'ai vu que Fabian qui avauit gagné le golden BoM l'an dernier gagne le legacy et fini 12e du vintage, chapeau bas, va falloir se méfier de lui en mai :)

Yop,

J'y étais avec cassus-belli et fogfog. On était les seuls français (et moi le suisse ) à avoir fait le déplacement.
Au tournoi en équipe, on a fait 4ème ( raté le lot d'une place :( ) et sur le vintage dimanche, les 2 ont assez bien perfé, moi loin du compte...
Ils donneront des détails de leur côté sûrement.

Bonne ambiance et puis... la Toscane, waoow  ;)

Pour expliquer le repport de Casus :
La SALLE :
une partie des joueurs jouaient sous une tente ( c'est bien quand il ne pleut pas ) mais là les derniers du classement jouaient au froid et les pieds dans l'eau car il pleuvait le dimanche.
De plus, un WC pour 120 joueurs ca ressemble tokoy en ce moment.. Les tables pour jouer étaient tres trés trs petites et très oppressante.

Le bruit c'était juste comme jouer dans une usine ou un centre d'appel.

Le mac de Poole, c'est facile pour les organisateurs de faire venir un dessinateur. Tout est payant de la simple signature aux scéances de dédicace privées. ( ca va peut etre donner des idées pour le BOM )
En gros, ils ont bien rentabilisé sa présence et je pense meme gagner de l'argent avec lui. Le mec te laisse l'approcher que contre de la tune. ( 1 euros la signatures + 5 euros l'alerations Noir + 20 en couleurs, je connais pas le prix de la scéance privée d'un 15 minutes ).

Heuresement que j'ai pu le voir le vendredi soir et repartir avec quelques signatures et altérations en couleur.

La massive cumshot, un mec a demande à Poole de dessiner des bites sur son tral unlim et du foutre......
( Poole a explose un paquet de tral ce week end et fait aussi de très très belles altérations )

Pour revenir sur le tournois, Je fais 6/2 mais officiellement 5/3 car je tombe à la dernière ronde contre le 1er budget que je laisse passe pour la mox. Il jouait un W/G métagamer à mort VS MUD.
Il m'offre un mana drain IT pour le geste.

On a pas regarder le Top8 pour cause de resto sympat à coter de la salle.
Florence c'est juste énorme mais pas pour jouer aux MTG....

b) the room was not really the best and I know it, but that in Florence was not available (the one really negative question was the one toilette,but 700€ asked with a wrote quotation by the maneger per day for a chemical toilette was too much).By the problem of the rain, may be "c'est la vie", but there are some questions that do not concern this topic really :D. However all other things were good for everybody.

c) By this:

Things are not really as you understood but the base is right: Frazier, Orizio and Poole have been the first. We have other projects obviously.

Je confirme, magnifique région et le week-end était plaisant.

Par contre, là où je rejoins fog-fog, c'est que la disponibilité d'artistes pour signatures / dédicaces ou autres altérations ne devrait pas être payantes.
Par contre, les limitations en quantités de cartes à faire signer, c est tout à fait normal.

FOR FULVIO:

** try to understand that the access to an artist to sign cards shouldn't be subject to an extra fee. It's a general question of attitude.  **
On the other hand, if you have to hire the artist for his presence, include this in the participation fee of the tournament.

Eheh you are right by your point of wiev, but Italy is not France or Germany or England: try to explain to italian players that there is an extra fee for the artist and very good luck :D
