Dans ce cas-la, SCG is your friend:

Tu tapes Oath of Druid dans le moteur de Ask the Judge:

Tu fais CRTL + F en tapant Forbidden, et paf, en 2 secondes et demi:

A: Oath of Druids does not have an activated ability, it has a triggered ability. If at the beginning of your opponent's upkeep he does not control fewer creatures than you the Oath will not trigger at all. In order for the Oath to trigger he would have to use the Orchard's ability at the end of your turn. Even if he did do this you could sacrifice this spirit to put a counter on the Pit before his upkeep begins. When Oath's triggered ability goes to resolve, it will see that the trigger condition isn't still true, and nothing will happen.
